What we collect on this site

If you use Contact: name, email, subject, message. If you use Request a quote: those plus company, phone, role, how payroll is run today, and employee counts. We also receive a Cloudflare Turnstile token so we can tell people from bots. We do not ask for banking details on this website.

Why

To reply to you. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Where it goes

The form is checked on this site, then stored in the employer portal so we do not lose the enquiry if email fails, and emailed to info@paybar.co.za. Hosting is Google Cloud (Cloud Run, africa-south1). Bot check is Cloudflare Turnstile. Analytics, if you accept cookies, is Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to reply or to show we handled it. To see, correct or delete what we hold from these forms, email the Information Officer.
